We have 11 rooms available all with AC and Hot water.  The 3 large rooms with  efficiencies are better equipped.
Rooms #1, #10 and #11 each have a small kitchen with a large refrigerator for your convenience.
The rest of the rooms: #2, #4, #5, #6, #7, #8, #9 and #12 share a community kitchen, fully equipped, which is located in the patio area.
The rates for the large efficiencies with one king size bed (#1 and #11) are $140.00 a night for two people. Room # 10 with two queen beds and a large balcony is $152.00. The rate for the small rooms, #4, #5, #6, #7, #8 and #9 is $107.00. They all have 1 queen size bed. Rooms #2 and # 12 can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably but the rate changes after 2 people.

Our cancellation policy states that you must cancel 7 days prior to your arrival or one night will be charged.

You will be charged one night as a deposit at the time that you make your reservation, the remainder will be charged when you check-in.

Check-in time is at 1:00pm until 8:30pm and check-out time is at 10:30am. Do not worry about the early check out, you can still use all of our community facilities all day or until the late ferry departs and store your bags in our storage room. We have 2 fully equipped bathrooms outside in the patio area with extra towels; so you don’t have to go home all sticky and sandy unless you want to take back a souvenir.
